About the Role

• Act as a proud ambassador for Reliance. • Professionally install water heaters and tankless equipment. • Maintain HVAC equipment. • Participate in training and mentoring of new installers. • Generate leads to contribute to business growth. • Provide tools, fully stocked trucks, and ongoing skills training. • Apply diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills to residential equipment. • Learn new technologies such as electronics and electricity. • Provide outstanding customer service and organizational skills. • Maintain punctuality and dependability. • Keep company vehicle clean, neat, and safe (when applicable). • Take direction and work with minimal supervision. • Work rotating shifts and standby duties, including weekends, as needed.

What You Bring

• Hold a Licensed Gas Technician 2 certification and a valid Class G driver’s license. • Be physically capable of lifting and maneuvering water heaters with equipment. • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
