About the Role

• Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance for common areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Assist with scheduling and execution of turn‑over (make‑ready) events. • Maintain exterior grounds, breezeways, pools and keep accurate chemical logs. • Conduct daily inspections to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Follow Asset Living policies, OSHA standards and maintain a well‑stocked, organized shop. • Support hazard‑communications program and promote safe work practices. • Keep detailed records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventive maintenance and make‑ready status. • Provide on‑call emergency assistance and report community rule violations. • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring consistent resident interactions and policy enforcement.

What You Bring

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; understand Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Meet physical demands including climbing ladders, lifting 100 lb objects, working in confined spaces, and operating power tools. • Possess reliable transportation for emergency on‑call responsibilities.
