About the Role
The Field Technician position in Aftermarket and Service reports to the Service Supervisor and is responsible for installing, testing, servicing, and repairing equipment to meet company specifications and customer requirements. Daily tasks are assigned by the supervisor and include work on maintenance contracts, repairs, and warranty jobs, relying on moderate experience and sound judgment. • Execute daily job schedules and complete tasks within budgeted man‑hours. • Meet assigned SOIP targets (revenue, utilization, gross margin, call‑back rate, EH&S, MFA). • Use SYCLO device to generate time confirmations, job cards, and EH&S site surveys. • Assist senior technicians and report escalated problems or spare‑part requirements. • Install spare parts, maintain site housekeeping, and adhere to EH&S training and PPE guidelines.

What You Bring
