About the Role

The Senior Consultant, Learning leads strategic learning initiatives for an assigned organization, partnering with senior clients to identify and prioritize training needs, designing solutions aligned with business goals, coordinating delivery, and measuring effectiveness for senior management. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing curricula, storyboards, guides, and job aids, managing multiple large‑scale projects (statements of work, budgets, risk and communication plans), executing change‑management strategies, delivering classroom or virtual sessions, and providing coaching and mentorship to team members. • Partner with senior leaders to assess and prioritize organizational training needs. • Design and develop learning curricula, storyboards, instructor guides, PowerPoint decks, and job aids. • Manage multiple large‑scale training projects, including statements of work, budgets, schedules, risk and communication plans. • Implement change‑management and stakeholder communication plans for training rollouts. • Conduct post‑training analysis, evaluate ROI, and generate impact reports for key stakeholders. • Deliver classroom and virtual synchronous learning sessions. • Coach, mentor, and review deliverables of team members. • Maintain relationships with internal clients, field users, and subject‑matter experts.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology or a related field, a high school diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience, and at least seven years of experience managing high‑performance teams; the role works primarily in an office setting with a hybrid schedule (Monday‑Thursday on‑site, remote Friday) and may require travel and a REAL ID. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR/IO Psychology or related field, 7+ years experience leading high‑performance teams.
