About the Role

As a Community Manager you will be the on‑site point of contact, leading staff and ensuring the property operates in alignment with Asset Living’s standards, safety protocols and fair‑housing regulations. • Oversee all on‑site operations of a housing community, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration, and risk management. • Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate on‑site staff; address performance issues and ensure compliance with company policies. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections and vendor invoices, and maximize net operating income through cost control and revenue initiatives. • Create and execute yearly marketing and leasing plans, conduct showings, process leases, and implement resident retention programs. • Handle resident complaints and requests to maintain high resident satisfaction and lead emergency response procedures. • Supervise maintenance activities, conduct property inspections, manage work orders, and ensure timely repairs and property appearance.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to work overtime, weekends and be on‑call for emergencies, as well as physical capabilities such as lifting up to 25 lb, navigating ladders and operating equipment; reliable transportation is also essential. • Meet education requirements: high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1‑4 years housing industry experience; CAM or ARM certification preferred. • Demonstrate knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, and proficiency with on‑site software and basic computer skills. • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and on‑call emergencies; physically able to lift up to 25 lb, use ladders, and operate machinery or vehicles.

Compensation includes a base salary between $85,000 and $95,000, a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match), and performance‑based bonuses and paid time off. • Receive a salary range of $85,000‑$95,000 plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
