About the Role
The Production Installer performs a variety of production tasks while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. The position requires collaborating with team members and using appropriate tools and equipment to support manufacturing operations. • Follow Terex safety policies and occupational health standards. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and templates. • Set up jigs, fixtures, and temporary gauging devices for production. • Operate short‑arc, stick, and FCAW welding machines on various materials. • Use stationary and portable grinders and pneumatic chipping hammers to prepare weldments. • Access computer terminals for production tasks. • Ensure zero‑defect quality compliance with TEREX Utilities standards. • Apply mechanical aptitude to use hand tools and read wiring schematics. • Operate overhead cranes and handle small‑gauge, multi‑colored wires and connectors. • Work 8+ hours standing on concrete, climb ladders, and perform tasks at heights.

What You Bring
Applicants need a high school diploma or GED and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role. The company values mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn specialized equipment, wiring procedures, and hand‑tool techniques. • Lift up to 40 lb independently and up to 100 lb with assistance or equipment. • Wear required personal protective equipment in dusty or vapor‑filled environments.
