About the Role
• Oversee multi‑family home projects. • Supervise craft workers per engineering specs and the National Electric Code. • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for the supervised area. • Maintain relationships with subcontractors, division managers, and other trades. • Analyze and resolve work problems. • Enforce company safety rules and procedures. • Correct or report potential hazards promptly. • Assess and order material, equipment, and labor to meet schedule requirements.

What You Bring
• Communicate direction clearly and receive guidance from supervisors. • Minimum 2 years experience as an Electrical Foreman in multi‑family construction. • Knowledge of the current National Electric Code. • Valid driver’s license. • Pass safety training, background check, and drug testing. • Ability to read and interpret construction electrical drawings. • Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool/equipment care.
