About the Role
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in delivering projects within an assigned region or division, based in Blue Bell, PA. The role requires understanding major business components, fostering trust and accountability, and communicating assertively with stakeholders. • Track job status and manage project flow from start to finish, scheduling and coordinating field labor. • Communicate with customers to provide status updates and ensure expectations are met. • Maintain detailed tracking notes, manage project documents, and handle paperwork including material orders, permits, invoicing, and billing. • Deliver timely reporting and contract documents to management and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Uphold the Project Management Methodology, safety, quality protocols, and recommend process improvements.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings relevant education or hands‑on experience, solid office administration abilities, and strong communication and organizational skills. • Acquire technical knowledge of project scope and consult supervisors on negotiation strategies and lessons learned. • Some college, technical or advanced education preferred, or equivalent construction/utility experience. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office administration. • Strong communication, organizational, and moderately complex problem‑solving skills.
