About the Role
The Field Recruiter is responsible for full‑cycle, high‑volume hiring for Renuity’s field operations, collaborating closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to supply talent that fuels business performance and growth. • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle—from requisition intake to offer acceptance—for high‑volume field roles. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leadership to define staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks; screen and qualify them efficiently. • Maintain robust candidate pipelines and ensure consistent, transparent communication at every stage. • Gather interview feedback, advise hiring teams on selection decisions, and facilitate next steps. • Ensure accurate candidate data entry and activity tracking within the ATS and related HR systems. • Follow standardized recruiting processes while identifying and implementing efficiency improvements. • Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to expand talent pools.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, 1‑3 years of talent‑acquisition experience in a high‑volume setting, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a detail‑oriented, organized approach to managing multiple priorities. • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS/HRIS platforms such as Ashby and ADP is a plus.
