About the Role

The Logistics Analyst coordinates drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and deliver prompt, courteous service to customers. This role also oversees safety, customer experience, and overall productivity. Key duties include ensuring compliance with safety policies, analyzing daily routes, and using the internal routing platform to improve efficiency and accuracy. The analyst adjusts routes in response to same‑day changes, closes routes on time, and resolves transit issues proactively. Continuous communication with drivers supports route progress, performance evaluation, and timely issue escalation. The analyst monitors driver safety and asset security, collects and interprets logistics data such as inventory and asset reliability, and uses insights to increase routing accuracy. They also evaluate missed pickups, develop strategies to prevent them, and design routes that maximize capacity and profitability. Customer experience is a core focus: the analyst interacts courteously with customers, reviews route designs to prevent service issues, and updates call‑center communications daily.
