About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is accountable for all leasing, marketing, and resident‑relation activities, including showing units, processing applications, and maintaining positive community interactions. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; qualify and tour the community. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up. • Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits, unit walkthroughs, and turnover. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Develop and support resident‑retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with annual marketing plan execution and conduct ongoing market surveys. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service‑request response times, and uphold community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor. • Work overtime, weekends, nights, and in varied environmental conditions.

What You Bring

Applicants must have at least a high‑school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
