Job Highlights
About the Role
• Lead model federation and design resolution across multiple disciplines. • Prepare bi‑weekly and submittal packages of federated models. • Set up, configure, and manage project BIM coordination platforms. • Conduct coordination workshops and manage coordination spaces. • Run clash tests using Navisworks and/or Revizto. • Create, assign, compile, and track clash issues and reports. • Manage ACC Issues Management by creating, reporting, and tracking issues. • Assist in developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans. • Ensure compliance with company and project modeling and drawing standards. • Support BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination throughout project phases. • Coordinate design matters among key stakeholders. • Compile coordination reports and communicate technical concepts with 3D models. • Guide and mentor BIM Modelers, identify training needs, and manage the modeling team.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work both independently and collaboratively. • Possess 5+ years BIM coordination experience across MEP and structural disciplines. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks; Revizto preferred; Bentley Open Suite a plus. • Strong understanding of model management and federation workflows. • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is a plus. • Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related discipline. • Experience with data management systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, or Microsoft SharePoint (preferred).
