About the Role
In this role, the engineer will oversee the design and execution of construction projects ranging from small to large scale, ensure safety and sustainability, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to deliver results on schedule. • Design, develop, and manage construction projects of varying scales safely and sustainably. • Conduct on‑site investigations and analyze maps, reports, tests, and drawings. • Perform technical and feasibility studies and produce blueprint specifications. • Assess potential risks, materials, and costs, and propose creative solutions. • Oversee and mentor staff while coordinating with diverse stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, compile status reports, and ensure compliance with permits and safety regulations. • Deliver technical files and required documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BS in Civil Engineering, be proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3‑D preferred), and have experience in oil‑and‑gas or renewable‑energy projects. Additional expectations include the ability to manage staff and clients, strong analytical and communication skills, and physical capability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 15 lb. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3‑D preferred) and ability to produce designs independently. • Experience in oil & gas and renewable energy projects; site grading expertise a plus. • Capability to manage staff, clients, project scope, and budgets. • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel, with excellent verbal and written communication. • Physical ability to sit for long periods, stand, walk, and lift up to 15 lb.
