About the Role

The manager will oversee daily remanufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, equipment uptime, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising staffing, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous‑improvement activities within the e‑reman manufacturing business. The role also involves training employees on key processes and coordinating product launches. • Manage daily remanufacturing staffing, production metrics, and costs. • Train employees on key e‑reman processes for compliance. • Hire and develop hourly associates. • Ensure equipment uptime and on‑time launch of e‑reman products. • Schedule production builds to achieve a 95% line‑fill rate for AM business. • Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives within e‑reman manufacturing. • Oversee MDS, health, and safety compliance. • Maintain OSHA standards and document corrective actions. • Identify and implement corrective actions.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will hold at least an Associate’s Degree, with a Bachelor’s in Manufacturing or Engineering Technology preferred, and have a minimum of three years' experience managing hourly manufacturing staff. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship and reside within 50 miles of Indianapolis, Indiana, unless they are active‑duty military. Relevant experience includes OEM electronics remanufacturing, mechanical hands‑on aptitude, ERP systems proficiency, and Spanish bilingualism. • Hold at least an Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred in Manufacturing/Engineering Technology. • Possess minimum 3 years’ experience managing hourly manufacturing staff. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now and future. • Reside within 50 mi of Indianapolis, IN (military active duty exempt). • Experience with OEM electronics remanufacturing and supervisory management. • Demonstrate mechanical hands‑on aptitude. • Proficient with Oracle/ERP systems. • Bilingual in Spanish.
