About the Role
As a Resident Engineer you will be the client’s first point of contact on‑site, responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and general building services support. What You Bring
The successful candidate must have 18th Edition or HVAC experience, hands‑on experience in an M&E or multi‑skilled engineering role, strong communication and organisational skills, and a solid awareness of health and safety. Desirable qualifications include experience delivering PPM, an F‑Gas qualification, IOSH Working Safely, basic plumbing and fabric maintenance skills, and 2391 Testing & Inspection certification. • Electrical and fire alarm testing • Fault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical) • 18th Edition or HVAC experience • Hands‑on experience in an M&E or multi‑skilled engineering role • Strong communication and organisational skills • Experience delivering PPM (desirable) • F‑Gas qualification (desirable) • IOSH Working Safely (desirable) • Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience (desirable) • 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable) • On‑call rota: 1 week in every 4 weeks

The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) on a rotating shift pattern of five days on, two days off, with an on‑call rota one week in every four weeks and work required on bank holidays.
