What You Bring
The successful candidate must communicate effectively with project teams, clients, site personnel, and office management, and work both independently and collaboratively. Commitment to safety, rigorous application of AECOM’s Quality Management System, and management of technical, cost, and schedule elements are essential. The engineer will also ensure high‑quality field efforts and project deliverables. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and a valid U.S. driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle records review. Preferred qualifications are a Master’s degree, internship or co‑op experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar software, and strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Build analytic and design skills. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and pass motor vehicle records review. • (Preferred) Earn a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Have internship or co‑op experience. • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools. • Exhibit strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
