About the Role

The Architect role involves performing architectural and engineering calculations, preparing specifications and reports, and maintaining liaison with design and drafting teams. The position also includes preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings, and independently handling advanced technical assignments under the supervision of the Supervising Architect. Coordination with cross‑disciplinary staff and assisting in training of design personnel are also part of the responsibilities. • Perform basic architectural/engineering calculations. • Prepare specifications, reports, and related data tables. • Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups. • Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required. • Independently perform advanced technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets under supervision. • Coordinate technical and administrative activities with cross‑disciplinary employees on assigned projects. • Assist in training and evaluating architectural and design/drafting personnel.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least eight years of professional experience in architectural design and project management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Experience in large‑scale theme park and mixed‑use developments, a valid SCE Certificate, and proven leadership of complex projects are required. Strong analytical, communication, and software skills are essential for success in this role. • Minimum 8 years of architectural design and project management experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • Expertise in large‑scale theme park and mixed‑use development projects. • Valid SCE Certificate. • Proven ability to lead complex architectural projects from conception to completion. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. • Proficiency with industry‑standard architectural software and design tools.
