About the Role

Key duties include professional servicing of all products, assisting the Production Manager, maintaining the company vehicle, and supporting installation crews. When service tasks are completed, the tech will help with warehouse organization, material handling, and preparation for future jobs. • Service and assess home improvement products (gutters, windows, siding, remodels, insulation) with accurate measurements. • Assist Production Manager and maintain company vehicle, including cleaning and servicing. • Support installation teams or work independently on install jobs as needed. • Perform warehouse duties such as organizing, unloading trucks, and prepping materials when service tasks are completed. • Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming for 100% satisfaction and providing detailed feedback after each job. • Use power tools, metal brakes, and measurement instruments to complete tasks safely, lifting up to 100 lb.
