About the Role
The Senior Housekeeper is responsible for inspecting and preparing guest rooms to meet the high cleanliness and operational standards of Hilton Grand Vacations. This includes cleaning, replenishing linens and amenities, reporting any deficiencies, and assisting coworkers as needed, while adhering to attendance, grooming, and safety policies. • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet Hilton Grand Vacations standards upon arrival • Perform cleaning tasks: strip linens, vacuum, dust, mop, wash dishes, make beds, clean bathrooms and countertops, move furniture • Replenish linens and guest amenities • Report deficiencies to maintain compliance with resort standards • Assist co‑workers as requested and complete additional duties assigned by leadership • Follow attendance, grooming, and safety guidelines

What You Bring
