About the Role
The Highway Design Coordinator will join project engineers to deliver detailed designs for urban and rural roadway projects. Responsibilities include developing alignments, profiles, geometrics, drainage solutions, construction plans, and cost estimates, as well as assisting with technical reports, specifications, and calculations. The role offers the chance to contribute to modernizing aging infrastructure and pioneering next‑generation transportation solutions. • Collaborate with project engineers on detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects. • Develop alignment, profile, geometrics, drainage plans, and construction estimates. • Assist in preparing and submitting technical reports, specifications, and calculations.

What You Bring
• Preferred: Engineer in Training (EIT) certification. • Preferred: Proficiency with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Bentley ConceptStation, Open Roads Designer, Autodesk Infraworks, or Civil 3D. • Candidates lacking EIT will start under a Design Coordinator code and must obtain EIT for career advancement. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
