About the Role

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. This role ensures the property remains well‑maintained and resident requests are addressed promptly. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties. • Assist the Service Manager with various community tasks as needed. • Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner. • Carry out preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls according to company policy. • Assist with resident functions and events. • Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program. • Work a flexible schedule and be available for on‑call duties.

What You Bring
