About the Role

The Field Recruiter role owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations and works closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that drives business performance and growth. Key duties include managing the entire recruiting process from requisition intake to offer acceptance, partnering with stakeholders to understand staffing needs, sourcing and qualifying candidates through multiple channels, and maintaining robust pipelines. The recruiter ensures a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience, provides clear communication and follow‑up at every stage, and serves as the trusted point of contact for candidates. Maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS, following standardized processes, and identifying opportunities for efficiency are essential, as is staying current on recruiting trends and best practices. Accountability for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires is expected, along with support for hiring events, job fairs, community outreach, and contributing to a collaborative talent‑acquisition team. • Own end‑to‑end recruiting for high‑volume field positions. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks. • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure readiness for hiring demands. • Collect interview feedback and guide selection decisions. • Provide a transparent, timely candidate experience with consistent communication. • Accurately record data in the ATS and identify process‑improvement opportunities. • Stay updated on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices. • Meet hiring timelines, quality goals, and support job fairs and community outreach. • Collaborate within a results‑focused talent acquisition team.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, has 1–3 years of high‑volume talent acquisition experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is highly organized with proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS systems. • Hold a BA in HR, Business or related field (preferred) and 1–3 years of high‑volume recruiting experience. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Exhibit high organization, detail‑orientation, and effective time management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS (Ashby, ADP a plus).
