About the Role

As a multi-family Residential Electrical Supervisor in Asheville, NC, you will oversee daily operations of residential electrical services, lead a team of electricians, and coordinate projects to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role includes providing technical guidance, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians. • Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. • Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations; conduct inspections and provide feedback. • Serve as the main point of contact for residential clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. • Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure proper installation and operation of electrical systems and equipment. • Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. • Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment; maintain accurate records of usage and expenses. • Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize performance. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, invoices, and permits.

What You Bring
