About the Role

The role involves assisting with data collection and analysis for logistics operations, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures to boost efficiency and cut costs. You will also design and implement warehouse management systems to streamline inventory control, including slotting. Developing transportation networks that improve delivery times while reducing environmental impact is a key responsibility. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams ensures logistics integration with broader business systems and processes. You will conduct research to stay current on logistics technology and best practices, and oversee the implementation and performance monitoring of new logistics and distribution solutions. Risk assessment and management for logistics activities are required to maintain business continuity. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation for procedures, systems, VSMs, and workflows. Training staff on new logistics systems and protocols, as well as measuring, reporting, and improving KPI’s related to logistics and distribution, are essential duties. The role calls for implementing innovative technologies, automation, and systems to enhance operations, and overseeing large‑scale logistics projects from concept through implementation. What You Bring

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of continuous improvement or operations experience, five or more years in a warehouse or operations environment, project‑management experience, and knowledge of Industry 4.0/Warehouse automation. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, cost analysis, ERP, concept development, and strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and time‑management skills are required. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and minimum two years of continuous improvement/operations experience. • Possess five+ years of warehouse or operations experience. • Demonstrated project‑management experience and knowledge of Industry 4.0/Warehouse automation. • Proficient in MS Office, CAD, cost analysis, and ERP systems. • Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and time‑management abilities.
