About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting a positive image of the apartment community, and assisting management with resident programs and retention. This role ensures effective leasing processes and contributes to resident satisfaction. The Leasing Consultant helps prospective residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, and preparing leases.
