About the Role

Reporting to the VP Off‑Wing P&C, the manager will provide rigor, clarity and leadership for planning and control across the Overhaul Network, ensuring capacity, lead times and resource plans are aligned with customer demand. • Partner with regional overhaul bases to align capacity, lead times, constraints and growth plans. • Monitor and ensure delivery performance meets customer requirements, tracking production progress and rates. • Identify performance gaps, assess impacts and implement mitigation actions. • Anticipate and resolve mid‑term delivery risks through collaboration and hazard mitigation planning. • Optimize inventory levels and logistics costs. • Develop and deploy planning and control capabilities across the team and overhaul bases. • Manage regional planning & control change initiatives. • Influence senior leaders internally and externally with a collaborative approach. • Apply analytical skills to diagnose issues and prescribe recovery actions. • Deliver operational excellence and concise management reporting. • Influence performance improvement across the region.
