About the Role

The Associate Director – Project Management role is a permanent position where you will represent Mace while interfacing with key clients, lead teams effectively, provide clear direction, and coach and support staff to reach their full potential. • Oversee project timelines and budgets, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies. • Manage end‑to‑end delivery for external/third‑party clients from inception to post‑completion. • Ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholder expectations and communicate strategies across client, consultant and contractor teams. • Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance to support project success. • Lead client, consultant and external stakeholder teams to achieve project goals. • Drive collaboration among all parties throughout the project lifecycle. • Produce integrated design, authority, procurement and delivery programmes aligned with milestones. • Manage timely delivery through design, planning, procurement and construction phases. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies and initiatives. • Deliver continuous process improvements using best practices and lessons learned.
