About the Role

In this role you will oversee cost management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from business case development to commissioning, and collaborate with multi‑organisation teams to ensure commercial excellence. You will also contribute to the growth of the Scotland practice by mentoring colleagues and supporting business development opportunities.

What You Bring

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management or quantity surveying on large infrastructure or defence projects • Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts, especially PSC and ECC Options A & C • Proven ability to manage cost/commercial aspects within integrated, multi‑organisation teams • Experience influencing key client stakeholders and building effective relationships • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; MRICS accreditation (or progressing) • NEC4 Project Management accreditation or willingness to undertake the course • Ability to obtain or already hold Security Clearance (SC) level
