About the Role

The Regional Director for LoopNet will lead a sales team that markets the industry’s most advanced digital advertising and marketing solutions. The role involves collaborating with top owners and brokers to design comprehensive digital strategies that showcase property portfolios, while driving new revenue, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining high client satisfaction. • Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high‑performing sales professionals to meet sales quotas. • Spend 3–4 days per week in the field on sales calls, providing coaching and training to the team. • Drive regional and team revenue growth, consistently meeting or exceeding annual targets. • Identify, prioritize, and secure new client relationships while expanding existing accounts. • Monitor sales performance and hold team members accountable for activity and client engagement. • Manage weekly team activities, including office attendance, coaching sessions, and CRM usage. • Set individual and team performance goals aligned with business objectives; address performance issues promptly. • Mentor and develop all team members for professional growth. • Promote and reinforce CoStar Group’s culture and values across the team. • Managed a book of business exceeding $1 million in annual revenue.

What You Bring

• Travel to regional offices up to 50% of the time; role based in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. • 5+ years managing 5‑10 sales professionals in commercial real estate, digital advertising/marketing, or similar transactional sales. • Experience leading consultative, high‑transaction sales in a fast‑paced environment. • Minimum 2 years of commercial real estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Current valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. • Internal candidates: 5+ years sales experience plus 18+ months at CoStar Sales Executive level meeting/exceeding targets. • Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships at all levels. • Track record of rapidly growing a sales territory through new acquisition and account expansion. • Strong internal and external relationship‑building skills. • Ability to retain top sales producers and manage underperformers. • Willingness to travel 25‑30% and adapt in a high‑growth environment.
