About the Role

The analyst will lead insurance policy renewals, gathering data, preparing applications, securing internal approvals, and maintaining documentation for coverages such as general liability, auto, workers’ compensation, cyber, and surety bonds. Additional duties include supporting the Business Continuity and Crisis Management program, handling insurance claims, and providing sales‑division support like issuing certificates of insurance and reviewing vendor contracts. • Coordinate insurance renewals, gather data, prepare applications, and secure internal approvals. • Maintain and store all policy documentation, update property values, and manage the insurance budget. • Facilitate regular meetings with insurance brokers to resolve open items and complete required audits. • Administer insurance claims, track activities, generate reports, and recommend loss‑prevention measures. • Support Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs by executing assigned project tasks. • Issue certificates of insurance, conduct contract reviews, and ensure vendor insurance compliance. • Produce ad‑hoc reports such as insurance schedules and risk analyses as requested. • Utilize Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for data analysis and project tracking. • Follow department project‑management processes, meeting deadlines or negotiating extensions as needed. • Communicate effectively with internal partners and external brokers, maintaining documentation in project‑management software.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance, accounting, or business administration, and an Associate Risk Management (ARM) certification is preferred. Candidates should have 1‑3 years of insurance or finance experience, with property insurance experience viewed favorably. The role demands strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑management abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access) and the capacity to work with large data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to Sarbanes‑Oxley and other regulatory requirements are essential. The position reports to the Assistant Manager of Risk Management, is full‑time exempt, and follows a hybrid work style with four remote days and one onsite day per week. Occasional domestic or international travel may be required and the salary range is $64,811.80‑$89,116.23 annually.
