About the Role
The role supports the Automated Test initiative aimed at validating factory wiring of electrical switchgear. Responsibilities include analyzing schematics, generating documentation for programming automated test benches, and validating test plans and configurations on initial builds of each customer design. • Review drawings and guide electrical engineers to meet Design For Test requirements. • Generate documentation and data needed for automated testing of each customer design. • Perform hands‑on validation of test plans and program automated testers for each design. • Work safely with 120 VAC / 125 VDC using proper personal protective equipment. • Contribute to continuous improvement of the design‑for‑test process. • Collaborate with software development to create tools for automated schematic analysis and test‑plan generation.

What You Bring
Travel may be required domestically and internationally up to 30 % of the time, and the position follows a hybrid schedule with on‑site work at the Mt. Juliet location.
