About the Role

The Branch Manager, also known as the Profit Center Manager, directs all aspects of a rental center—including sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics—while ensuring operational and financial reporting and achieving performance targets. • Overall responsibility for multi‑million‑dollar revenue branch performance • Lead sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics to meet financial goals • Build and develop high‑performing teams using strong leadership and communication

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental industry experience (or 3–4 years of industry experience without a degree), possess a valid driver’s license, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, understand P&L and financial controls, and have experience in sales or negotiations. The role requires physical abilities such as bending, squatting, and lifting 50 lb or more, and work both indoors and outdoors as needed. • Minimum: Business Management degree plus 1 yr rental industry experience or 3–4 yr industry experience • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record • Strong understanding of P&L, financial controls, and accountability • Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and influencing • Knowledge of construction or industrial markets preferred • Physical ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lb+, and work indoor/outdoor environments
