About the Role
The Project Manager leads end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale commercial and residential base‑build projects. Responsibilities include planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, contract management and stakeholder coordination. The role ensures compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards while driving cost efficiency, monitoring performance and resolving critical issues. Success is measured by on‑time, on‑budget delivery, operational excellence, risk mitigation and high client satisfaction. In this role you will manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and closure—aligning with client objectives and organisational standards. You will develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, allocate resources efficiently and lead multidisciplinary teams of contractors, consultants, architects and internal stakeholders. Ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety and statutory regulations, you will oversee procurement, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships and implement risk‑mitigation strategies. Continuous communication with clients, investors and stakeholders, performance monitoring via KPIs and dashboards, and proactive issue resolution are essential to maintain scope, schedule and budget. • Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants and architects. • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory regulations. • Oversee procurement, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. • Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and implement corrective actions. • Maintain regular communication with clients, investors and stakeholders. • Monitor project performance using KPIs, progress reports and dashboards. • Resolve issues, conflicts and challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns. • Coordinate workflows and approvals with internal departments, external vendors and regulatory authorities. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and audit purposes. • Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in project management, with PMP certification preferred, and brings 12‑15 years of relevant experience. They have successfully delivered at least eight to ten institutional, university or residential infrastructure projects end‑to‑end, preferably within a Project Management Consultancy environment, and possess technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical and architectural works. Strong organisational, motivational, communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, are required. • Hold a B.E. in Civil Engineering with a master’s in project management (PMP preferred). • Possess 12‑15 years of experience and a proven record of delivering 8‑10 large institutional/residential projects.
