About the Role

The Financial Reporting Manager will lead the preparation and analysis of financial results, support annual planning, ensure compliance with GAAP, and drive implementation of new accounting standards. • Analyze financial results, explain variances and trends, and provide insights for management decisions. • Apply accounting principles to record, reconcile, and report financial data. • Research proper GAAP treatment as needed. • Collaborate with finance and functional teams on expense reviews and annual operating spend forecasts. • Support the annual business planning process, including operating and capital plans. • Lead year-end review, preparing external financial statements, cash flows, consolidations, and workpapers. • Implement new accounting standards. • Execute ad-hoc projects as requested.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a CPA certification, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and 4‑10 years of relevant experience, preferably in public accounting. Strong skills in US GAAP, advanced Excel, analytical thinking, communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are required. • CPA certification required. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. • 4–10 years of financial reporting, accounting, or finance experience, preferably in public accounting. • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. • Strong understanding of US GAAP. • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. • Ability to work with all organization levels and both independently and in teams.
