About the Role
As a Content Specialist you will design and create impactful content for the Environment and Innovation Directorate, aimed at educating, informing and showcasing progress to customers, stakeholders and colleagues. Your work will translate complex environmental messages into clear, engaging language that resonates across a variety of audiences and channels. • Convey messages succinctly and engagingly for diverse audiences across multiple channels. • Collaborate with Senior Content Creator, Marketing & Brand, and Communications teams to package key messaging. • Produce educational pieces, campaign collateral, presentations, case studies, customer letters, documentation, reports, and consumer materials. • Continuously improve content by generating creative ideas and aligning with best practices and business needs. • Independently manage and create impactful content while upholding editorial standards and compliance. • Utilize a variety of storytelling formats and adapt language for public consumption. • Contribute to a company investing £7.8 bn in water infrastructure and sustainability. • Influence strategic decisions and drive long‑term value creation within a fast‑growing team.
