About the Role

The technician will service HVAC products and equipment on assigned projects, diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications, and perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed. Responsibilities also include preparing for on‑site installations by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work, as well as inspecting and maintaining company vehicles and equipment. • Service HVAC systems on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications. • Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications. • Prepare for installations by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work. • Inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment; keep service records up to date. • Document job details, parts, labor, and costs, and submit paperwork promptly. • Determine and order required parts, tracking timeliness. • Provide technical support and interpret product specifications for customers. • Travel regularly, including overnight trips up to two weeks, with flexibility for overtime/weekends.
