About the Role

The position plays a key role in supporting plant operations through material handling activities within the yard, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration among crew members. Work is performed primarily in outdoor yard settings that can involve moving mechanical equipment under inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Safely operate a yard loader to move and stockpile materials. • Maintain proper material feed levels to support plant production. • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance. • Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized. • Communicate effectively with team members to support overall yard operations. • Perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working around machinery.
