About the Role
• Perform assembly, packaging, and paint‑preparation tasks on the production line. • Use hand tools accurately while adhering to safety and quality protocols. • Work the 2nd‑shift schedule (3 pm – 11:30 pm) Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime. • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. • Participate in nVent’s philanthropic “nVent in Action” matching program.

Hourly pay ranges from $14.80 to $27.50 depending on experience, education and performance, with the potential to earn up to $21.00+ plus overtime.
