About the Role
Our Defence and Security Division within our Australian business are looking for Project Managers to manage multidisciplinary design projects primarily through the Estate Works Program (EWP) under the Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract. The role is based in Perth and will support the full lifecycle delivery of EWP projects and portfolios across the Defence Estate in Western Australia. The position also plays an active role in improving project management processes, driving delivery excellence and efficiency. • Deliver EWP projects on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a Defence environment. • Foster collaboration across internal project teams and industry delivery partners. • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways. • Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients. • Manage and support technical and quality assurance activities related to design and safety analysis of Defence infrastructure. • Provide mentorship to staff developing knowledge and experience in major infrastructure projects. • Undertake overnight travel to project locations as required.

What You Bring
• Relevant experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, refurbishment, civil or maritime sectors; Defence experience preferred. • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines desirable. • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a current baseline security clearance.
