About the Role

The supervisor supports all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, overseeing both aerial and underground work. Responsibilities include guiding multiple crews, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining quality, and delivering excellent customer service. • Develop team's skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (aerial and underground). • Lead by example and reinforce the company‑wide safety culture. • Drive the team to meet project deadlines while delivering quality results. • Provide high‑level customer service during client interactions. • Direct multiple crews and coordinate their on‑site activities. • Maintain daily safety practices and ensure compliance with safety protocols. • Apply strong problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot field issues.

What You Bring
