• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment. • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation, and service manuals. • Document work promptly using company service software on an iPad. • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to ensure satisfaction. • Manage time, follow up on assignments, and adhere to safety protocols.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 5‑10 years of commercial HVAC experience, be able to follow scopes, hold a valid driver’s license with a good record, pass a drug screen, and possess an EPA certification. Proficiency with gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools is required, as is the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Driving on company time is required and a background check will be performed. • 5–10 years of commercial HVAC experience. • Ability to follow scopes and hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. • Pass drug screening and possess an EPA certification. • Proficient with gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools. • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
