About the Role
• Lead and manage all phases of projects from feasibility and concept through detailed design, construction and commissioning. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver cost‑effective infrastructure solutions. • Design, review and check civil engineering works for energy, defence and infrastructure projects. • Produce English‑language specifications and functional requirements for civil aspects of projects. • Conduct civil inspections of UK assets and deliver detailed inspection reports to clients. • Provide consultative advisory services to ensure optimal client solutions. • Perform site and client office visits according to project needs. • Maintain client satisfaction and identify further business opportunities. • Develop, monitor and report on project schedules, costs and deliverables. • Support project management, control and administration activities. • Mentor and develop junior staff members. • Participate in employee‑ownership model with stakes, bonuses and direct influence on business decisions. • Join employee networks supporting LGBTQ+, gender, ethnicity, disability and parent/carer communities.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold Chartered Engineer status or be well‑advanced towards it, possess strong communication skills and be able to deliver high‑quality engineering solutions. Experience in the energy sector or other regulated industries is advantageous, and applicants must be able to obtain the necessary security clearance. The company encourages applicants who meet at least 80 % of the criteria to apply. • Hold Chartered Engineer status or demonstrate significant progress toward chartership. • Possess strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to obtain the required security clearance.
