About the Role
The Customer Service Representative provides sales and customer service to build, maintain, and retain clients. Responsibilities include inputting and organizing orders, tracking shipments, and assisting with client account management and after-sale services. • Handle sales desk calls. • Prepare and send quotes, price pages, and communications. • Receive and process orders by entering them into the system. • Organize and track shipments for time and cost efficiency, including documentation and invoices. • Provide after-sales service by following up, addressing customer issues, and answering inquiries. • Manage client accounts through order changes, credits, adjustments, and returns. • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude in adverse situations.

What You Bring
• Grade 12 or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including customer service. • Lumber or construction industry experience (strong asset). • Proficient in spoken and written English. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts. • High attention to detail. • Anticipate customer needs with excellent service skills. • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Effective time and stress management. • Knowledge of lumber and building products (asset). • Basic accounting knowledge. • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. • SAP experience (asset).
