About the Role

• Prepare budgets, outgoing recoveries, and forecasts • Compile monthly reports • Monitor and pursue tenant rental arrears • Review and manage tenancy schedules • Complete rent reviews and other critical lease items • Issue purchase orders and set up contracts in JLL systems • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and owners as needed

In this role you will help ensure smooth operation of commercial properties while developing valuable skills in property management. The position is based on‑site in Brisbane, Queensland.
