Field Technician III
Lead crew to maintain generators, HVAC, and telecom site infrastructure.

About the Role
In this role you will support the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC systems, and telecommunication site infrastructures. You will lead a field crew, read and interpret customer detail plans and technical drawings, provide superior customer service, adhere to OSHA and other industry standards, and prepare field sketches using AutoCAD. You will also conduct due‑diligence for projects, review peer work, and perform other duties as assigned. • Lead a field crew and read customer detail plans. • Provide superior customer service while ensuring timely, efficient, accurate, and safe job performance. • Adhere to company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.). • Prepare field sketches using AutoCAD. • Read and interpret structural, architectural, and design drawings for telecom, commercial, residential, and light‑industrial applications. • Conduct due diligence and review peer work before field activities. • Maintain daily safety practices and deliver high‑quality work. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment; perform DC/AC electrical tasks. • Update equipment records and “as‑built” specifications accurately.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate prioritizes safety daily, delivers high‑quality work, and enjoys solving complex problems with a hands‑on approach. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred), at least five years of construction experience (cell‑tower experience highly preferred), strong communication and teamwork skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Additional experience with AT&T or Verizon networks, commissioning and integration, and the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, and electrical equipment is desired. • Hold a high school diploma/GED (technical degree preferred) and 5+ years construction experience, preferably in the cell‑tower industry. • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and self‑starter abilities. • Possess a valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to operate company vehicles. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with AT&T or Verizon networks. • Provide commissioning and integration; Mobile Access Certification is a plus. • Lift up to 50 lb, work 12‑hour shifts, and be available for weekends, nights, extreme weather, and extensive travel.
