About the Role

• Build professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders. • Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies. • Monitor, forecast, and report project costs accurately through completion. • Manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications. • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering. • Effectively manage contract changes while maintaining governance and best practice. • Improve forecast and budget accuracy. • Provide commercial expertise and support to all stakeholders. • Negotiate and agree final accounts. • Perform commission management as required.

What You Bring

We are seeking personable, enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our contract and cost‑management team and support our continued growth in UK infrastructure. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience with contract management (NEC3 preferred). • Strong change management and control abilities. • Proven cost management expertise. • Valuation and procurement knowledge. • Competence in estimating, pricing and reporting. • Understanding of governance processes. • Ability to lead and line‑manage teams. • Experience in commission management. • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline. • Membership or pursuit of a professional body qualification.
