About the Role
The Business Intelligence (BI) team delivers data analytics and governance for GOS service lines and clients. The On‑Account BI Analyst is responsible for dashboard design, custom analytics, and supporting the Triana product. Key tasks include proof‑of‑concept dashboard development, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, and benchmarking analysis. The analyst works closely with the account director and BIAS team to identify client reporting requirements, propose best‑fit solutions, and implement process‑improvement initiatives across service lines. They provide guidance and training on the dashboarding platform, Triana, and other analytical tools, execute user‑acceptance testing for new releases and dashboards, and troubleshoot Triana bugs for client‑specific instances. The role defines business requirements for custom reporting, acts as the voice of the customer for Triana enhancements, and proactively analyses client portfolios to surface risks and opportunities. The analyst supports data‑assessment activities during onboarding, ensures consistency in reporting and dashboard requirements, partners with the development team to expand Triana through POCs and feature enhancements, and delivers verbal and written updates to management. • Design and develop dashboards and custom analytics using Triana. • Build proof‑of‑concept dashboards and support reporting initiatives. • Conduct opportunity, workplace trend, and benchmarking analyses. • Gather client reporting requirements and propose optimal solutions. • Drive process‑improvement initiatives across service lines. • Provide guidance and training on dashboarding and analytical tools. • Perform user acceptance testing for new features and dashboards. • Troubleshoot and resolve Triana bugs and client‑specific issues. • Translate business needs into custom reporting specifications and act as VOC for Triana enhancements. • Analyze client portfolios to identify risks and opportunities. • Support data assessments during onboarding and custom reporting projects. • Ensure reporting consistency across accounts and the Triana platform. • Collaborate with development team on tabular models and product enhancements. • Deliver regular KPI updates and senior leadership reports. • Manage QBR data preparation and internal review meetings. • Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests.
