About the Role
• Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning • Maintain guestroom and public‑space equipment; replace caulk, tile, grout, and door hardware • Inspect rooms for pest intrusion and replace cosmetic appliance components • Replace light bulbs and ballasts; repair closet/drapery tracks; stain or replace furniture; fix knicks and gouges • Keep detailed English records for logs and inspection sheets

What You Bring
A Maintenance Tech II is responsible for keeping guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces in excellent condition, with a strong emphasis on guest relations and prompt problem resolution. The role requires a variety of trades such as painting, stucco work, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceiling applications. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of experience in building or facilities maintenance. Strong English communication skills and the physical ability to work from ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull 100 lb, lift/carry 50 lb, and perform other manual tasks are required. • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum two years experience in building or facilities maintenance • Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English and follow directions • Physical capability to work from ladders up to 40 ft, push/pull 100 lb, lift/carry 50 lb, and perform stooping, reaching, and grasping tasks
