• Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning • Maintain guestroom and public‑space equipment; replace caulk, tile, grout, and door hardware • Inspect rooms for pest intrusion and replace cosmetic appliance components • Replace light bulbs and ballasts; repair closet/drapery tracks; stain or replace furniture; fix knicks and gouges • Keep detailed English records for logs and inspection sheets

What You Bring

A Maintenance Tech II is responsible for keeping guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces in excellent condition, with a strong emphasis on guest relations and prompt problem resolution. The role requires a variety of trades such as painting, stucco work, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceiling applications. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
