About the Role

As a Water/Wastewater Treatment Engineer you will assist with analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for water treatment, wastewater treatment, reuse, and resource recovery facilities. You will perform specific portions of broader assignments using standard practices, collect and correlate data while recognizing discrepancies, and coordinate project efforts contributed by technicians and drafting personnel. All work will be performed within the scope, guidelines, and schedule defined by the Project Engineer and Group Manager. • Assist with analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for water and wastewater treatment projects. • Perform specific portions of broader assignments using standard engineering practices. • Collect, adjust, and correlate data, identifying any discrepancies in results. • Coordinate project efforts of technicians and drafting personnel. • Execute assignments within the scope, guidelines, and schedule set by the Project Engineer and Group Manager.

What You Bring

Qualifications include a B.S. degree in an applicable engineering discipline (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience performing routine engineering tasks in water and wastewater treatment. Candidates must be able to pass the FE exam and obtain EIT status within one year of joining. A master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred. • Hold a B.S. degree in an applicable engineering discipline (or equivalent). • Have at least one year of routine engineering experience in water and wastewater treatment. • Pass the FE exam and obtain EIT status within one year of hire. • Preferred: Master's degree in Environmental Engineering.
