About the Role
This role is responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as defined by contract or client requirements. It translates the project's scope of work into discrete activities and prepares and updates project progress reports. The Project Coordinator supervises and executes projects efficiently and effectively, tracking progress, time, cost, quality, and EHS in line with the schedule. Key duties include risk analysis and mitigation, resolving cross‑functional issues, resource planning and productivity analysis, and coordinating with all contractors to manage inter‑dependency issues and achieve project objectives. The coordinator develops look‑ahead plans for 30, 60, and 90 days and prepares presentations for senior‑management meetings. Integrated schedules (L2/L3/L4 WBS) are created in Primavera or MS Project, updated, re‑baselined, and the critical path highlighted, with delay and catch‑up reports generated as needed. Reporting responsibilities encompass progress S‑curve and cost consumption S‑curve charts, delay analysis, catch‑up plans, 30‑day look‑ahead reports, milestone updates, risk mitigation documentation, and schedule‑cost overrun reports. • Plan, schedule, and update project activities using Primavera or MS Project. • Track progress, time, cost, quality, and EHS against contract and client requirements. • Perform risk analysis, develop mitigation plans, and resolve cross‑functional issues. • Coordinate with contractors to manage inter‑dependency issues and meet project objectives. • Create 30/60/90‑day look‑ahead plans and present them to senior management. • Conduct critical‑path analysis, delay analysis, and produce catch‑up plans. • Manage resource loading, leveling, and utilization reporting; perform schedule crashing as needed. • Generate progress S‑curve, cost consumption S‑curve, milestone, and risk mitigation reports.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is proficient with MS Project or Primavera, familiar with the PMP certification process, and technically aware of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works.
